		<description>Hi Sheryl, for my exercise, I workout 5 days a week, 30-45 minutes.  My exercise varies from  Taebo, Yoga, Strength Exercise. My favorite Taebo: is Billy Blanks Amp, Taebo Extreme, and Full Throttle. My favorite yoga is :  Baron Baptiste and Rodney Yee.  For Strength exercise, my favorite is: Jari Love. 

I realize the more I exercise the more energy I have. Sometimes I feel guilty if I have to stop for a day. But you know that your body/muscles need to rest too.   

I love snacking a lot. As long as you know what kind of snack you eat and the portion of course you&#039;ll be fine. A diet doesn&#039;t have to  be torturous. Good luck with your weight loss :)</description>

		<description>i like your style...that is what im doing for my diet. I snacked a lot but only a small amount. Raisin oatmeal cookies is also my favorite that is what i always ate. And drink lots of water. You know what in two weeks I loose 1.5kls. Now i want to know what kind of exercise you do..to continue my loosing weight.
