I planned on making a vegetable beef soup last week.. but threw in a large jar of marinara sauce, zucchini, squash, and a bit of tomato paste, garlic.. and it ended up beautifully!  Tasted like minestrone without the pasta.  So good.  Pop it in the microwave later for a quick but satisfying lunch.  I will have to try your bread recipe!  thanks.</description>
